Present your vision at leading electrical engineering exhibition

The leading exhibition for coil winding, electric motors, transformer and generator industries, CWIEME Berlin, is looking for industry experts, academic researchers and innovative minds to submit papers for its 2025 show. On June 3 to 5, 2025, an expected audience footfall of over 7,000 professionals, leaders and suppliers will attend Messe Berlin, giving chosen speakers the chance to share their knowledge with industry’s leading figures.

Key themes welcomed for the 2025 conference programme include trends and innovations in the transformer market, electric motors for industrial applications, diversity and inclusion in the industry, material innovation and advancements, magnets and technology applications, economic trends and strategies in e-mobility, Industry 4.0, component innovations and sustainable innovations in e-mobility. The conference will take place across CWIEME Berlin’s two stages: the central stage and the e-mobility stage.

CWIEME Berlin attracts influential minds from all over the world. In 2024, this included visitors that travelled from as far as Argentina and Australia, among 83 other countries. Its speaker programme included representatives from Bosch, Shell, McKinsey & Company, Ford Europe, Siemens Energy and many more.

“It was incredible to see the variety of companies and technologies on display in 2024,” commented Chris Lee, portfolio director at Hyve Group, organiser of CWIEME Berlin and CWIEME Shanghai. “Particularly across the stages, it was inspiring to see experts from different sectors collaborating. This is something that we’d like to improve on again this year, and we look forward to seeing fresh faces as well as welcoming back attendees from 2024.”

CWIEME Berlin is committed to hosting a diverse speaker programme every year. For this reason, the organisers encourage applications from all backgrounds. 2024’s exhibition hosted 21 per cent female speakers and 66 per cent first time speakers, which is expected to increase in 2025 thanks to initiatives like the Women in Engineering programme.

CWIEME Berlin gives speakers an unparalleled opportunity to share their latest research, developments and applications with an international audience. Interested parties should email a short abstract or idea to Alexandra da Fonte Martins on [email protected] by December 13, 2024. If you have any questions regarding the application process or the submission, feel free to contact Alexandra da Fonte Martins as well. Successful applicants will be contacted by the organising team with further details.
