Speakers

Jannat Wasif, Analyst EVCI Team, PTR Inc.

Jannat Wasif is currently working as an Analyst at PTR Inc., where she has conducted comprehensive research and analysis across the Hydrogen value chain and is currently focused on the global Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure (EVCI) market. Her role involves sizing and analyzing both public and private charging infrastructure, with a particular emphasis on the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region.

Additionally, she has been involved in various custom projects related to Hydrogen, Electric Motors, and EVCI, and has represented PTR Inc. at external speaking events. Jannat holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Electrical Power Engineering from NUST and CUI, respectively, and previously worked as a Research Assistant at the U.S. Pakistan Centre for Advanced Studies in Energy (USPCAS-E) at NUST. She has published a journal article on Virtual Power Plants and was honored with the Campus Silver Medal for her exceptional academic achievements at CUI.

 

 

Hassan Zaheer, Chief Operating Officer, PTR Inc.

Hassan is the Chief Operating at PTR Inc. based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. With more than a decade of experience in the energy transition space, Hassan advises various Fortune-500 and blue-chip clients in the electrical infrastructure sector to sustainably grow their businesses, both through custom consulting work, marketing support services and tailored research reports by PTR, helping their executive management and boards make data driven decisions. Hassan is also a Member of Advisory Board for CWIEME Berlin and an advisor to the educational non-profit Better Humans Academy.

Hassan has a tech background with a Masters in Power Engineering from the Technical University of Munich (TUM) and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS). Additionally, he is also an Alumni of Center for Digital Technology & Management (CDTM)
