Submissions should offer practical insight, new thinking or proven solutions to the challenge of delivering grid infrastructure at scale.

Turning investment plans into delivered T&D projects: execution, procurement and deployment.
2. Manufacturing Capacity and Supply Chain Resilience
Scaling production of transformers, cables and switchgear, and clearing capacity bottlenecks.
3. Critical Materials and Supply Security
Securing copper, electrical steel and insulation through sourcing,diversification and circularity.
4. Digitalisation, AI and Industry 5.0
Smart factories, digital twins, predictive maintenance and data-driven productivity.

Grid expansion cannot be delivered by one part of the value chain alone. The Grid Delivery Summit is designed to encourage knowledge sharing and collaboration across the entire delivery ecosystem.
What to submit
Submit up to two original proposals.
Each should include:
- Focus sector or subject area
- Presentation title
- Abstract, maximum 500 words
- Presenter name, job title, organisation, email and phone
Your presentation should address a real grid delivery challenge, demonstrate the approach or solution, and share practical insights, outcomes and lessons that can help the wider industry accelerate delivery at scale.
Your work should be:
- Practical & relevant: Real-world case studies, applied research and actionable insights addressing key grid delivery challenges.
- Innovative & forward-looking: New technologies, approaches and ideas that can accelerate a smarter, more resilient and sustainable grid.
- Delivery & impact focused: Proven solutions with practical outcomes, measurable results and transferable lessons.
- Collaborative & cross-industry: Examples of successful partnerships and approaches that strengthen collaboration across the grid value chain.
- Educational, not promotional: Knowledge, research, best practices and lessons learned, not product pitches or sales presentations..
Submit by 16 October
Submit your presentation via email. For questions, contact Alexandra da Fonte Martins. If your proposal is accepted, you will be contacted by the Grid Delivery Summit team with further information regarding the presentation format and next steps.
