The Call for Presentations for the Grid Delivery Summit 2027 is now open.
As Europe accelerates investment in its power networks, the question is how we can deliver at the speed and scale electrification demands. If your research can help the industry overcome its delivery challenges, we want to hear from you.
We welcome submissions from across the grid delivery ecosystem:
Utilities, TSOs and DSOs
Transformer and grid equipment OEMs
EPC contractors
Manufacturers and suppliers
Materials companies
Technology providers
Policymakers and regulators
Submissions should offer practical insight, new thinking or proven solutions to the challenge of delivering grid infrastructure at scale.
1. Grid Investment and Project Delivery
Turning investment plans into delivered T&D projects: execution, procurement and deployment.
2. Manufacturing Capacity and Supply Chain Resilience
Scaling production of transformers, cables and switchgear, and clearing capacity bottlenecks.
3. Critical Materials and Supply Security
Securing copper, electrical steel and insulation through sourcing, diversification and circularity.
4. Digitalisation, AI and Industry 5.0
Smart factories, digital twins, predictive maintenance and data-driven productivity.
5. Grid Intelligence, Reliability and Resilience
Monitoring, protection, automation and flexibility for increasingly complex networks.
6. Workforce Development and Future Capability
Tackling engineering and field skills shortages and attracting the next generation.
7. Utilities–OEMs–Suppliers Collaboration
New models for demand forecasting, capacity planning and partnership across the value chain.
8. Europe's Grid Delivery Outlook to 2040
The Electrification Action Plan: investment pipeline, renewable integration and regulation.
Presenting at the Grid Delivery Summit puts your expertise in front of the organisations shaping, supplying and delivering the future grid.
✔ Showcase your organisation's knowledge and capability to a highly relevant audience.
✔ Bring real projects, technologies and lessons learned to the industry.
✔ Build visibility and credibility alongside the sector's key players.
✔ Make new connections across utilities, TSOs, DSOs, OEMs, EPCs, manufacturers and suppliers.
✔ Contribute practical solutions that can accelerate a smarter, cleaner and more resilient power network.
Grid expansion cannot be delivered by one part of the value chain alone. The Grid Delivery Summit is designed to encourage knowledge sharing and collaboration across the entire delivery ecosystem.
Submit up to two original proposals.
Each should include:
Your presentation should address a real grid delivery challenge, demonstrate the approach or solution, and share practical insights, outcomes and lessons that can help the wider industry accelerate delivery at scale.
Submit your presentation via email. For questions, contact Alexandra da Fonte Martins. If your proposal is accepted, you will be contacted by the Grid Delivery Summit team with further information regarding the presentation format and next steps.
Alongside the Call for Presentations, a range of sponsorship and partnership opportunities are available for organisations looking to increase their visibility and engagement with the Grid Delivery Summit audience. Sponsorship does not influence the presentation selection process. To explore the opportunities available, please download our sponsorship brochure or get in touch.
