Aleksandr Nadkin is a Senior Application Specialist at Alvier Mechatronics AB, a fast-growing start-up owned by Höganäs AB, specializing in advanced R&D and engineering services for the automotive and industrial sectors. With 13 years of experience in electromechanics, Aleksandr is part of the Alvier’s Tech team, which designs and simulates electromagnetic applications, with a primary focus on electrical machines and inductors from an electromagnetic perspective.

In this role, Aleksandr works closely with the Prototype & Validation team, contributing to the validation of theoretical simulations through prototype testing in the laboratory, supporting the company’s digital-twin philosophy. Aleksandr also collaborates directly with simulation software providers and participates in development of tools and methodologies to improve design efficiency and simulation accuracy.

Aleksandr supports projects with end users and customers worldwide. At CWIEME Berlin, Aleksandr will share insights on Electric Motor Design Utilising New Materials, highlighting rare-earth-free motor technologies and their potential impact on the industry.
