Owner Transformer Process

Ales Bertuzzi has been working in the Transformer industry since 1989, started in the family owned company LAE in Italy, specializing on Automatic Machines for Transformers, growing from the workshop with electrical engineer background, he became General Manager of the family business directing his main activities in the sales and marketing, during which time he formed a cooperation of companies to complete the entire process (Trafogrid). In 2020 Ales started then his own company Transformer Process, dedicated to delivering innovative, high-performance solutions in the growing T&D transformer business and implemented process optimization, working mainly with the leading company Georg as VP of Sales in North America, with x10 sales result for the company in less than 5 years from Atlanta USA, while having had the opportunity of following several greenfield projects all over the world, reaching with those companies a very high level of automation and monitored efficiencies till dark factories.
