Business Development Manager CEA (The French Alternative Energies and Atomic Energy Commission)

As Business Developer at CEA since 2022,Benoît Dhien applies over two decades of international industrial experience to energy sector innovation. His work in large hydro and smart grid projects has demonstrated a strong capability for navigating complex markets and establishing effective global partnerships across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific.

Throughout his career, Benoît has collaborated with both large and medium-sized corporations, developing expertise in overcoming cultural and regulatory challenges to identify opportunities and deliver results. He has particular experience in translating customer needs into successful project implementations. Currently working in CEA's new materials department, Benoit facilitates the connection between advanced research and practical industrial applications, contributing to the adoption of clean energy technologies.
