Program Manager – Supply Chain Decarbonization Siemens Energy
Dirk is part of the Business Strategy team of the Grid Technologies business area, where he is responsible for the Supply Chain Decarbonization Program.
He drives the development and implementation of supply chain decarbonization in close cooperation with procurement and key supplying partners.
Dirk brings deep expertise from the communications and electricity industries, with a strong focus on sustainability, mergers and acquisitions, audit, and sales. He has more than 25 years of experience with Siemens and Siemens Energy, having worked in various roles across different locations and leading multiple projects and initiatives.
The Green Lead Markets initiative is particularly important to him as a key step towards establishing a common understanding and standardization of decarbonized steel for transformers.
