Dr Sam Aylett-Streitberg

Academic Director, Berlin Campus Arden University

Dr Samuel Aylett-Streitberg is Academic Director at Arden University Berlin, where he leads on academic strategy, student success, and teaching excellence within an international higher education context. He holds a PhD and brings extensive experience in higher education leadership, widening participation, and distance learning.
 
Alongside his leadership role, Samuel has a strong track record in student engagement, with a focus on improving progression and outcomes for diverse student cohorts. He is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and a Chartered Manager with the Charted Management Institute. His current interests, alongside the intersection of leadership, education, and personal development, is around how universities can support industries is responding dynamically to labour shortages and skills gaps in local economies.
