Merve Maden Avcı is a strategic leader in the energy and electrification sector, currently serving as Global Product Line Marketing Leader based in the Netherlands. She leads global strategy for medium voltage assemblies, with responsibility for portfolio direction, investment priorities, and cross-regional execution to drive growth and competitiveness. 

Merve brings extensive experience across product management, business development, and commercial leadership. She has led global go-to-market strategies, portfolio expansion, and cross-functional execution, and is recognized for translating strategy into measurable business impact by aligning engineering, operations, and commercial teams. 

She began her career as an electrical design engineer and has built broad international experience across Europe, the Middle East & Africa, Asia-Pacific, and the Americas. 

Merve holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science in Engineering Management, with academic experience in both Turkey and Germany.
