New halls and features planned for premier electrical engineering event
CWIEME Berlin, the premier exhibition for the coil winding, electric motor, transformer and generator industries, will return on June 3 to 5, 2025. Over 550 exhibitors are expected to draw a footfall of 6,500 to this event, which will once again be held at Messe Berlin, some of it in the venue's new halls. CWIEME Berlin will bring together industry professionals, suppliers and innovators for three days of networking and exploration of cutting-edge technologies.
CWIEME Berlin's visitors will have the opportunity to witness the latest technological advancements in electrical engineering, as leading companies from across the world gather to showcase their state-of-the-art products and solutions. They will also be able to network with other industry leaders at the event's renowned beer gardens and stay ahead of the curve by attending the sessions and panels planned for the show's two forums.
Last year, thousands of visitors attended CWIEME Berlin from 85 different countries, including Italy, Turkey, Poland, the UK, France and even Australia. Businesses in attendance represented several different markets, including transformer manufacturing, motor manufacturing, materials supply, components supply and coil manufacturing.
This year, CWIEME Berlin’s floorplan will include some of Messe Berlin's newly refurbished halls, which bring many additional benefits to exhibitors. The reimagined event space was chosen to enhance flow and accessibility for all attendees. The layout ensures that all exhibitors, from those in the middle foyers to those near the entrances, will benefit from increased visibility and traffic. With this in mind, it's no wonder that the organisers saw a record-breaking re-booking rate at the 2024 event.
In 2025, CWIEME Berlin will also expand its country pavilions and start-up zone after both received a great reception in 2024. The start-up zone is a dedicated area for newcomers and aspiring entrepreneurs in the sector to showcase their ground-breaking innovations and network with likeminded businesses. The country pavilions offer insight into the world of electrical engineering from countries such as India and Latvia.
“Exhibiting at CWIEME Berlin allows companies to be at the forefront of the global electrical revolution,” explained Chris Lee, portfolio director at Hyve Group, organiser of CWIEME Berlin and CWIEME Shanghai. “It’s the perfect place to form partnerships that will transform your business for years to come, allowing you to stay at the forefront of the electrical engineering industry.”
