Her impressive track record includes launching the Sustainable Manufacturing Expo and MD&M South at Informa Markets, alongside spearheading digital product development and customer experience initiatives across North America.  

Melissa is also a passionate advocate for inclusion in manufacturing, having founded the Women in Processing community and championed youth engagement through Informa’s Diversity Bridge programme, helping hundreds of high school students explore careers in manufacturing.

She succeeds Chris Lee, who, after over two years with Hyve, is moving abroad for an exciting new chapter. We thank Chris for his leadership and wish him every success in the future.
