The Grid Delivery Summit Hosted Buyer Programme is an exclusive opportunity that provides selected grid industry professionals with financial support, premium access and curated networking at the inaugural Grid Delivery Summit.
Selected applicants will also have opportunities to contribute to the conversation as speakers, sharing their expertise, project experience and perspectives with senior leaders from across the grid delivery value chain (only applies to applications before 16th October).
The Summit brings together utilities, TSOs, DSOs, EPCs, data centres, manufacturers and suppliers to tackle the delivery challenges holding projects back, from manufacturing capacity and supply chain constraints to equipment lead times and skills.
Grid Delivery Summit tickets also provide full access to the CWIEME Berlin expo, connecting the end-to-end electrical manufacturing supply chain under one roof.

Who's eligible for the programme?
We welcome applications from those who have a job function in Engineering, Procurement or R&D, be at least two years in the current role and have decision-making or influencing authority.
Recommended company criteria
- Utilities
- Transmission System Operators and Distribution System Operators
- EPCs active in grid infrastructure
- Asset owners or asset managers
- Data centre operators
Fully Hosted participant requirements
- Up to €500 travel and accommodation reimbursement
- Attend for at least two full days
- Arrange at least five meetings per day attended
- Promote participation through social media
Semi-Hosted participant requirements
- Up to €250 travel and accommodation reimbursement
- Attend for at least one full day
- Arrange at least five meetings per day attended
- Promote participation through social media
Final hosted status and the applicable reimbursement level will be determined by the CWIEME team following review of each applicant's role, organisation and purchasing influence.
