Companies involved in the supply chain of coil winding, electric motor, generator and transformer manufacture and e-mobility.

How many people visit CWIEME Berlin every year?

CWIEME Berlin hosts over 4,000+ international visitors every year, from the worlds of coil winding, transformer, electric motor and generator manufacture and e-mobility.

What is Connect @ CWIEME?

Connect @ CWIEME is where business gets done. It’s the industry’s largest lead generation meetings programme that connects components, raw material and process machinery suppliers with engineering, procurement and R&D buyers.

How do I participate at Connect @ CWIEME?

Connect @ CWIEME is included in your exhibition package at €1,800+VAT for unlimited meetings. All meetings are fulfilled based on mutual interest levels and availability.

How do I choose who to have meetings with?

All meetings are double-opt in and based on individual availability. You can browse buyer profiles and request a meeting and vice versa. Only when both parties have agreed to meet will a meeting be scheduled.

Where do the meetings take place?

The meetings will take place on-site at CWIEME Berlin in a dedicated space at fixed times during the event.

How long are the meetings?

Each meeting is scheduled for 15 minutes. Both participants are of course free to talk further at your stand after the initial meeting.

Can I get contact details for participants that were interested in me but I did not get a meeting with?

No, we don't share contact details other than for those participants you meet with.

Can I get a list or view my mutual matches?

No, for data privacy reasons, we cannot share a list of all your mutual matches. Participants haven’t agreed to be solicited outside of the event, and we commit to using or sharing their information only for the purposes of delivering the event (as explicitly stated in our various policies and guidelines).

Can I get a list of all participants?

You can see all participants in the platform starting [DATE]. For data privacy reasons, we cannot share the list in any other format.

Do you guarantee meetings?

We don't guarantee meetings, because all meetings are double opt in. That means meetings are scheduled depending primarily on who you want to meet and also who wants to meet you. Other factors that determine how many meetings you'll get include: (1) the number of meetings representatives from your organisation, (2) the level of interest in your company from buyers, and (3) your representative’s availability for meetings vs buyer availability for meetings. For example, if you have up to 10 meetings, but only 8 buyers want to meet with you, then 8 is the maximum number of meetings we can schedule for you.

Who can I talk to about exhibiting, Connect @ CWIEME, sponsorship or advertising opportunities?

Our sales team is on hand five days a week to discuss all the opportunities CWIEME has to offer. Just contact your Account Manager or [email protected].
