Intelligent Stator Cage Drive Technology: High power with low voltage

This session introduces a radically different approach to electric drive design: a 48 V, high-power system that challenges the industry’s dependence on high voltage. Built around MOLABO’s ISCAD® stator cage architecture, the concept replaces conventional windings with a highly parallel conductor structure, enabling up to 50 kW at safe-to-touch voltage levels.

By rethinking safety, efficiency, and system integration simultaneously, the presentation shows how low-voltage drives can offer a real alternative to high voltage drives.
