Tianli Iron Core was established in 2009, occupying an area of 12 acres with a registered capital of RMB 100.09 million. The company employs 240 staff members, including over 40 university graduates, and specializes in the production of transformer cores with an annual capacity of 60,000 tons. Since 2010, Tianli Iron Core has consistently invested in advanced domestic equipment to ensure precision and efficiency in manufacturing processes. Our production capabilities include: - Four slitting lines from SDRI, including models such as the high-speed ZJX and SL-04-01, capable of processing coils up to 1250mm wide. - Sixteen cut-to-length lines, featuring SDRI models like HJX(22)-400L and HJX(D262)-800L, which provide precise lamination cutting. - Two robotic core stackers from SDRI (DZX(05)-180/800), enhancing automation and increasing production speed.
