1. The prize draw is open to persons aged 18 years or over who register to attend CWIEME Berlin 14-16 May 2024, except employees of the company listed in clause 18 (the “Promoter”), their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
2. All entries must be submitted via the registration link in the email promoting the CWIEME Berlin party. The email will be sent on between 8-19th April and include a link to registration for CWIEME Berlin 2024. By registering through this link, you will be entered into the prize draw.
3. The opening date for entries is 1st January 2024. The closing date of the prize draw is Sunday 21st April. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
4. If for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when purchasing online, the Promoter does not take any responsibility for incomplete registrations and any incomplete registrations will not be considered valid for entry into the prize draw. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any registrations which are not completed for any reason.
5. Winners will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on Monday 22nd April. ("Draw Date").
6. The winners will receive an exclusive invitation to the CWIEME Berlin VIP party, taking place in Berlin on May 14th, 6:00pm to 8:00pm.
7. The winners will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) before CWIEME Berlin 2024 with provision of venue entry requirements.
8. The prize will be arranged for the winner by the Promoter and the details notified to the winner within 30 days of the winner’s response in clause 7 above.
9. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
