The Hotseat is your chance to take to the stage. Whether you’re building your profile, sharpening your presentation skills, or simply looking to try speaking for the first time, this is your moment.  

The industry needs more women on the front line, visible, vocal, and leading the conversation. This is a space designed to champion women who are ready to stand up, speak out, and support one another in doing the same. 

Each speaker will have two minutes on stage to deliver their pitch to answer the question “An engineering problem I'd love to solve”.
