Anastasia is a senior Project, Program & Portfolio Lead in the high-tech industry, driving complex development and transformation initiatives in industrial electronics, EUV semiconductors, and power conversion systems. With an M.Sc. in Systems Engineering and an MBA from Mannheim Business School, she combines technical expertise with strategic, governance-oriented thinking and a focus on value creation and risk management. She is Co-Founder of Reframing Pioneers and Deep Tech Collective e.V., an Ada Academy Fellow, and a McKinsey Forward Champions alumna, actively mentoring and advising on leadership, transformation, and diversity. Her work centers on resilient structures, sustainable innovation, and inclusive decision making at scale.

Operating at the intersection of technology, strategy, and people, she turns complex ideas into something teams can understand, align around, and act on.
