Originally from Kyrgyzstan, Anastasia moved to Germany at the age of 18 with a clear goal: to study and build a successful career in engineering. Today, as a mother of two, she combines technical expertise with a deep commitment to inclusive leadership and diversity. Holding an MBA from Mannheim Business School and an M.Sc. in Systems Engineering, she is passionate about empowering women in engineering and shaping the next generation of future-ready professionals.
