Meta-Aramid Super Fiber ‘ARAWIN’
TAK produces ‘ARAWIN’, a meta-aramid fiber with excellent heat resistance (decomposition above 400°C) and superior electrical insulation, using Korea’s first dry spinning method. The Gumi plant has an annual capacity of 3,700 tons (polymerization)/2,400 tons (staple fiber), with further expansion planned in 2025.
Meta-Aramid Paper Launch
At CWIEME Berlin 2025, TAK will debut its meta-aramid paper for electrical insulation. Made from dry-spun Floc, it offers outstanding insulation, heat resistance, and mechanical strength. TAK provides tailored solutions to help shape the future of the electrical and electronics industry.
