1. This prize draw and competition is organised by CWIEME Berlin, of Hyve UK Events Limited (company number 07925964) whose registered office is 2 Kingdom Street, London, England, W2 6JG (the “Promoter”).
2.1 The prize draw is open to all persons aged 18 years or over who register for CWIEME Berlin 2026 (the “Event”), except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
2.2 Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
3.1 Entrants will need to register for a visitor ticket for the Event here. Registrants will be approved by the Promoter. Thereafter, registrants will automatically be entered into the prize draw.
3.2 The opening date for entries is 8am GMT on 26 January 2026.
3.3 The closing date of the prize draw is 11:59pm GMT+1/BST on Tuesday 21 March 2026. Registrations after this date will not be considered for the prize draw.
4.1 A winner will be chosen by a randomised generator after Wednesday 1st April 2026 (the "Draw Date").
4.2 The winner will receive the following as part of their prize:
a) a two-night stay at the Double Tree Hilton Hotel in Berlin.
b) free lunch onsite throughout the Event.
c) access to invite-only as part of the Event.
d) a free EEMODS ticket; and
e) exclusive access to closed-door networking, which networking sessions will be at the discretion of the Promoter (the “Prize”).
4.3 The winner will be notified by email (using the details provided at entry) on or after Thursday 2nd April 2026. If the winner does not respond to the Promoter within 5 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
4.4 The prize will be arranged for the winner by the Promoter and the details notified to the winner within 30 days of the winner’s response pursuant to 4.3 above.
5.1 Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter’s privacy notice, which can be found here.
6.1 If for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when registering online, the Promoter does not take any responsibility for incomplete registrations, and any incomplete registrations will not be considered valid for entry into the prize draw. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any registrations which are not completed for any reason. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
6.2 The Promoter reserves the right to replace the full prize or parts of the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.
6.3 The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
6.4 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
6.5 Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
6.6 These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
