We don’t guarantee connections, as all engagements are double opt-in. This means each connection depends on both your interest in connecting with a specific attendee and their interest in connecting with you. Additional factors affecting the number of connections you’ll receive include: (1) the number of connection slots available for representatives from your organization, (2) the level of buyer interest in your company, and (3) alignment in availability between your representatives and buyers. For instance, if you’re allotted up to 10 connections but only 8 buyers express interest, then 8 would be the maximum number of connections scheduled.

No, provided that you have adequate cover you don’t need to buy additional insurance. To ensure that you don’t pay for insurance you don’t need, please upload a copy of your insurance documents to the InEvexco portal. InEvexco are Hyve Event’s insurance broker who will tell you if you have adequate cover to exhibit. Unfortunately, all insurance policies need to be handed in on a yearly basis. All claims need to be handed in to InEvexco.
