Electrification Initiative Program Leader| Power Electronics and Power Grids Syensqo
Carlos Abomailek joined Syensqo last year and is leading the program for specialty polymers for Power Electronics and Power Grids. He is in charge of scouting the evolution of electrification trends, developing value propositions for the technical challenges arising from that ever-evolving market, and managing a portfolio of technical projects devoted to responding to electrification market needs.
Carlos holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, Spain. Prior to joining Syensqo, he was a researcher in Ultra-High Voltage Systems for Power Grids in AMBER-MCIA Laboratory and managed the Advanced Engineering Projects of FICOSA eMobility BU.
