Dr. Kamila Klug

Dr. Kamila Klug currently serves as the Director of Business Development – Material Solutions at Altair Germany. With a profound passion for cars and technology, Kamila has gained over 15 years of invaluable domain expertise while working with various automotive OEMs. During her tenure at Altair, she has continuously broadened her knowledge across diverse domains and industries through different roles she has held. Today, Kamila is widely acknowledged as a trusted solutions advisor, leveraging her extensive experience and multifaceted insights to drive innovation and success in her field.
Outside her professional endeavors at Altair, Kamila is a dedicated advocate for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. She served as the president of Altair's Women in Tech EMEA ERG from 2022 to 2023 and continues to actively contribute as a valued member of the organization. In 2022, Dr. Klug (Flidr) was honored with the Engineer PowerWoman Award for her outstanding contributions to the STEM field and her role as an inspiring figure for fellow women.
Originally from the Czech Republic, Mrs. Klug earned her engineering degree from Czech Technical University in Prague. She furthered her education in France, where she pursued advanced studies at Ecole Centrale de Lyon & PSA Group, achieving a doctoral degree. Kamila is fluent in four languages and enjoys pursuing sports, cooking, and engaging in creative activities in her free time.
