Natalia Ogorelysheva

Researcher (Autonomous Systems | Resilience and Adaptability) TU Dortmund

Natalia Ogorelysheva is a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Computer Science at TU Dortmund University, researching Safety and Anomaly Management in Multi-Robot Systems, with a focus on AGVs and AMRs.

She has been working hands-on with hardware, mobile robots since 2018 and was formerly Head of an Enterprise Lab at Fraunhofer IML, where she led several successful innovation projects. Her experience bridges academia and industry: she has been actively involved in technology transfer projects and startup initiatives, including her role as Robotics Team Lead in an EXIST-funded deep tech startup.

Beyond research, she is the co-founder of Deep Tech Collective e.V. and Reframing Pioneers, working to increase the visibility of FLINTA individuals and migrants in Deep Tech.
