With more than 18 years of experience in the utilities sector, Saeed Al Balooshi leads EtihadWE’s metering and revenue management functions, driving innovation in smart metering, billing systems, and customer revenue solutions. Prior to joining EtihadWE, he spent over a decade at DEWA, where he managed large-scale projects in metering, energy data management, and customer service transformation.

Saeed holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, and has been recognised for his contributions to digital transformation and operational efficiency across the UAE’s utility landscape.
