Bridging the gap between academia and engineering practice
Future Engineers’ expert sessions at CWIEME Berlin connect the next generation of engineering talent with industry experts, giving them practical insight into the technologies, challenges and opportunities shaping electrical manufacturing. They provide a space to learn, ask questions and build knowledge directly from professionals driving the industry forward.

Clifford Ondieki came to CWIEME Berlin 2025 as a master’s student focused on power systems planning. One conversation at the show reshaped his research and led to an IEEE Best Paper Award.
