Started with a French elementary education, later completing studies in South Africa. Multilingual Swiss-Italian national, forged a career in the coil winding industry after an earlier background in production management in industrial chemicals, moved to quality management for a major continuous cast phosphor bronze foundry, producing bearings for Boeing and Airbus. In 1985 introduced to Sales & Marketing in the coil production industry with Audemars SA a leading watch microcomponents manufacturer, then transiting to Marsilli for a long sales career spanning 34 years, pioneering and promoting its coil winding machines and production lines in 27 countries. Instrumental in creating brand recognition and obtaining market leadership in many industrialized automotive industry locations worldwide. Member of the founding team which launched Marsilli Automation Technology in China, serving as board member since its founding. Currently acting as corporate advisor and active member of the CWIEME Advisory Board since 2021.
