Her career spans around a broad range of areas, such as trading, supply chain management, strategy & portfolio, global retail, global sales, where she led high-performing diverse teams and delivered successful growth, strategy execution, supply chain optimization and new business development across markets, industries and economic cycles.
A strong believer in people making the difference real, her passion lies in supporting others in their development; she mentors and coaches several people and is especially keen on female empowerment in the work force.
Irem holds a B. in Economics and an MBA. In 2022, she completed Business Sustainability Management studies at the University of Cambridge, Institute of Sustainability Leadership.
