Easy Parking & Access to the Venue
CWIEME Berlin is designed to accommodate international exhibitors with different logistical needs, making access to the venue as smooth as possible throughout build-up and show days.

Entry exclusively via Gate 7, Messedamm 24, 14055 Berlin - Parking Location
Parking spaces are located under the venue halls, with direct access via lifts and stairs. - Access Pass
Exhibitors must print their parking pass or display it on their phone to gain access.

- Wednesday 20 May: 07:30 – 19:00
- Thursday 21 May: 07:30 – 14:00
Whether you want to offload materials close to your hall or simply check your stand, flexible options are available on Monday.

15€ per hour (plus VAT) - Access
Exclusively via Gate 25, Jafféstraße 2, 14055 Berlin – subject to space availability
Exhibitors without a pre-booked slot may be charged per hour if space permits – please go to Logpoint P18 to book a slot - Important
If no space is available, or your time slot expires, you will be directed to P17 / P18.
- Where - P17 / P18 free of charge on Monday 18 May
- Ideal if you do not need to unload your vehicle. Simply park and walk into the venue to check your stand setup.
- Hand-carriable items may be delivered from P17 / P18 to the halls.
- With a parking ticket, access from the lower level to the upper level is included for the first 2 hours of dismantling. Vehicles may drive to the upper level as soon as traffic is permitted on site. After 2 hours, vehicles must be moved off-site for parking
- Without a parking ticket, use the contractor off-loading area for up to 2 hours; pre-book here – Traffic Booking Link
If you have an appointed stand contractor, please note:
- All contractors must pre-book loading and unloading time slots (directly at the halls)
- Bookings must be made via the Messe Berlin online portal: Traffic Booking Link
- Contractors are already informed of this requirement
- Full instructions on using the system are available via the Exhibitor Hub
Our staff will be stationed at Gate 7 and Gate 25 during the key hours on Sunday and Monday to assist and translate where needed.
