Verena Lieb is a Senior Product Owner at Everphone, where she leads product development for ERP Finance and Data platforms in a fast-scaling Device-as-a-Service (DaaS) environment. With over a decade of experience, Verena has worked extensively on enterprise-grade systems, including ERP integrations, financial process automation, and analytics infrastructure.
She has managed complex cross-functional projects, such as migrating legacy finance systems to scalable ERP solutions and introducing BI tools that support data-driven decision-making across departments. Prior to her current role, she was instrumental in streamlining backend operations and reporting frameworks in e-commerce.Verena combines deep technical understanding with a human-centered leadership style. She integrates non-violent communication (NVC) into agile workflows to foster collaboration between stakeholders, engineers, and end-users. This approach has been key to managing change across technical and non-technical teams alike.
She is also an advocate for women in tech, regularly mentoring junior professionals and interested on topics like inclusive leadership, agile transformation, and building impactful internal tools. Her mission: to make even the most complex systems accessible, meaningful, and user-centric.
